Recently, SEC Electric Machinery CO.,LTD. held Jiangsu Province Shaji pump station reinforcement and renovation engineering motor and its auxiliary equipment procurement project factory acceptance meeting. Shaji Pumping Station reinforcement and renovation Engineering Construction Department, Suqian Water Survey and Design Research Institute Co., LTD., Jiangsu Water Survey and Design Research Institute Co., LTD., Jiangsu Water Conservancy Research Institute, Jiangsu Water Conservancy Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and other relevant representatives attended the meeting.
Shajzha Station project in Jiangsu Province is the fifth stage pumping station of "South-to-North Water Diversion" and the fourth stage pumping station of "north-to-North River diversion", which has many functions such as irrigation, water supply, flood control, drainage and power generation. The project is composed of pumping station, control gate and supporting buildings, among which the pumping station plays an important role in guaranteeing industrial and agricultural production, shipping, environmental protection and regulating the water level of Luoma Lake in Xuzhou area. The pumping station uses the excess waterlogged water upstream for reverse power generation in the wet season. The control gate mainly undertakes the task of discharging part of the waterlogged water in Huangdunhu area, and serves as one of the flood diversion channels of Luoma Lake at an appropriate time.
SEC Electric Machinery CO.,LTD. provides 5 sets of TL1600-24/2600 type 1600KW vertical synchronous motor, supporting microcomputer excitation device and other ancillary equipment, with a total installed capacity of 8000KW.

The meeting listened to SEC report on the design characteristics, process optimization, manufacturing process, operation and maintenance points of the motor products of the project, the supervision unit''''s report on the main motor equipment supervision and the third party testing unit''''s report on the motor equipment testing; The acceptance group inspected the relevant tests of the motor equipment on site, consulted the production and test data of the manufacturer, and finally unanimously determined that the main motor equipment manufacturing met the design requirements, the test data were better than the standard requirements, had the factory conditions, and agreed to the factory acceptance.
During the acceptance process, SEC also solemnly promised that after the motor equipment is transported to the pumping station site, in the process of equipment installation, commissioning and testing, professional and technical personnel will be sent to communicate with the owner in a timely manner and deal with the actual problems on the site in combination with the specific situation of the equipment installation process to ensure the installation efficiency and installation quality.
