The project motor adopts mechatronics design, that is, the control system of the motor is integrated with the motor, with the following excellent performance:
● Motor with winding temperature sensor, moisture-proof heating device, bearing temperature sensor, through the control loop to monitor the change of signal, switch off the main circuit, to ensure the reliable and safe operation of the motor;
● The shaft extension end and the non-shaft extension end bearing are each equipped with 2 vibration probes to avoid excessive vibration and damage to the bearing bush during the use of the motor;
● A flow meter is installed on the bearing inlet pipe to monitor the bearing lubricating oil flow and eliminate the risk of insufficient lubrication of the motor bearing;
● By using 3D simulation, the finished motor has good overall structure stiffness, natural frequency is far away from resonant frequency, and vibration is small. The measured vibration value of the 2-pole motor is 0.6 at the D end and 0.7 at the ND end.
● Air-water cooling mode, strong heat exchange ability, low noise when the motor is running;
● The design of axial flow fan is optimized, and the new cast aluminum axial flow fan is adopted to effectively reduce the mechanical consumption, improve the efficiency of the motor, and ensure the primary energy efficiency of the factory products. The measured full load efficiency of each motor reaches the first class energy efficiency standard.
